We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and special projects. This internship offers exposure to the day-to-day operations of an HR department and an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that impact our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring new employees have necessary resources.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and filing HR documents.
Experience: Fresh or 1 Year
Qualification: Relevant Degree
Duty Timings: 9 to 6 (6 Working Days)
