- Regularly update bank statements and monitor fund positions.
- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
- Manage the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
- Estimate short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
- Handle royalty remittance.. Coordinate with global partners regarding financial information.
- Coordinate with the Commercial department/team to monitor the dollar rate for LC retirement
- Regularly rationalize the dollar rate to monitor exchange gains/losses on foreign liabilities.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
- Draft budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
- Compile financial reports and assist the finance manager in monthly closing processes.
- Provide training/guidance to staff members regarding financial processes, if needed.
