We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in the Operations Department.

This pivotal role will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in team leadership, people management, and workload coordination within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and meet organizational objectives.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and streamline operations.

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to achieve operational excellence.

Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, team leadership, team manager or a similar role.

Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving operational targets.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in quality assurance or process improvement is a plus.

Knowledge of lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies.

Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills (Additional):

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software.

Experience in leveraging data insights to inform operational decisions and optimize processes.

This additional preferred skill set in data analysis will further enhance the candidate's ability to drive data-driven decision-making within the Operations Department. Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and strategic decision support.
