EFS Marketing is a diversified real estate marketing company with a focus on selling, buying, renting, constructing, and interior designing all types of properties across Pakistan. Our operations are based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting properties to these clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The successful candidate will be motivated, self-driven, and keen to develop a long-term career in real estate sales.

Qualifications

Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Prior experience in real estate sales, marketing, or related field is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is desired
