Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients on Upwork and other platforms.
- Write compelling and tailored proposals to attract new clients.
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor and analyze bidding performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The candidate must be from Okara City.
- Strong understanding of the UK and US client markets.
- Ability to write clear, compelling, and persuasive proposals.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services and the ability to sell them effectively.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
