We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Website Developer to lead the development and management of complex WordPress projects.

In this role, you will take charge of customizing and optimizing WordPress sites, guiding junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress websites.
Architect and implement complex WordPress solutions, including custom themes and plugins.
Optimize websites for performance, security, and scalability.
Mentor and review the work of junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues with WordPress sites.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to bring projects from concept to completion.
Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, and filters.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
