We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Specialist with expertise in both Shopify and WooCommerce platforms to join our team.

The ideal candidate will manage, optimize, and grow our online stores, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to implement strategies that drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve overall ecommerce performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain both Shopify and WooCommerce stores, ensuring they are fully functional, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
Customize themes, manage plugins (WooCommerce), and integrate apps (Shopify) to enhance the functionality and user experience of each platform.
Ensure consistent branding and user experience across both platforms.
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on both Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
Coordinate with suppliers and the fulfillment team to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely order processing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and manage online sales campaigns.
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve the user experience on both Shopify and WooCommerce stores.
Handle customer inquiries and support related to ecommerce platforms, ensuring a high level of service.
Ensure both Shopify and WooCommerce stores comply with security protocols and industry standards
