We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Ecommerce Specialist to manage our online sales activities and enhance our ecommerce presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience optimization.

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth, improving the user experience, and ensuring the efficient operation of our ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Customize and update the Shopify theme to align with branding and marketing campaigns.
Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and categorization within Shopify.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the Shopify store, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Optimize product pages and content for search engines to improve organic rankings and visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns.
Customer Experience Optimization
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve the user experience on the Shopify store.
