We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Platform Manager to oversee and manage our presence on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Tiktok & Website.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall presence and performance of our products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Tiktok & Website.
- Ensure accurate and compelling product listings on each platform, optimizing for visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data and trends, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and optimize sales processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
