We are looking for Human Resource Analyst with 5+ year of experience. As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, and making hiring decision.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5 years) in HR management roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
