Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at Ecomsccore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, aligning it with our business goals.
Content Creation and Design: Design and create engaging and informative social media posts using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Filmora, and Figma.
Social Media Optimization: Optimize our social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and tone.
Engagement and Interaction: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on feedback and online reviews, engaging with the audience to foster community participation.
ROI Analysis: Measure the success of every social media campaign, focusing on social media ROI to optimize strategies.
Copywriting: Develop compelling copy for social media posts, ads, and other platforms.
Video Content Creation: Produce creative video content, managing the entire process from concept to editing.
Customer Support: Provide chat support on social media platforms, addressing queries and feedback promptly and professionally.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Effective Communication: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Expertise in Social Media Optimization and developing engagement strategies.
Strong understanding of Social Media ROI analysis.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Filmora, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
Experience in creating social media post designs and video content.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
Excellent communication skills.
Fast learner with the ability to understand and implement new technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
