This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Karachi. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. Tasks include handling front desk, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Prior experience in ecommerce or customer care is a plus.
  • Bachelor\\\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
