You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase our website’s visibility and drive organic traffic. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and development teams to optimize our web presence and ensure we achieve top rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy & Implementation:
    • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
    • Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
  • Content Optimization:
    • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
    • Provide guidance on content creation, including keyword integration and best practices.
  • Technical SEO:
    • Analyze website structure and recommend improvements for better search engine indexing and user experience.
    • Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
    • Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Link Building:
    • Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve rankings.
    • Monitor and evaluate backlink profiles to ensure quality and relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress etc.
  • Knowledge of paid search (PPC) and social media marketing.
  • Certification in SEO or related areas (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
