Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and expand our social media presence on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter
• Assist in creating and executing social media marketing strategies and engaging campaigns
• Support online sales efforts by responding to customer inquiries and driving engagement
• Use tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and Google Workspace to enhance business operations
• Collaborate on email marketing, product launches, and customer retention initiatives
• Analyze and report on social media and sales performance metrics
• Help streamline processes and ensure the day-to-day flow of business operations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media marketing and sales, with a passion for the beauty industry
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A creative eye for design and social media content
• A background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
