Video Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our marketing team. As a Video Editor, you will play a vital role in creating compelling video content to showcase our commercial projects and attract potential buyers. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our properties.

Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
Utilize video editing software and tools to enhance video quality, including color correction, audio adjustments, and special effects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure that videos effectively communicate key selling points.
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for video content, keeping in mind the target audience and marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing, implementing new techniques and technologies to enhance video quality and engagement.
Ensure timely delivery of edited videos, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
Manage and organize video files and assets in an efficient manner for easy retrieval and future use.
Collaborate with team members, including video graphers, graphic designers, and marketing managers, to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
Proficient in using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong technical skills in video editing, including color correction, audio editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression standards for different platforms and delivery methods.
A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for video content.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
