Advertising Expert - Facebook

We're looking for a Facebook Ads Expert. The incumbent will be working closely with Creative to generate the best possible social media campaign results and who has hands-on experience on performance-oriented Facebook Ads campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Generating sales and leads using Facebook Ads and maintaining marketing spend ratio of all our projects.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
Continuous monitoring of results and improvement of ads.
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI Creating & Manage social media (FB) accounts & pages, focusing on getting leads & engagement.
Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns.
Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
Developing & driving the new strategies, implementation, and management of paid social media campaigns.
Communicating and coordinating with teams as necessary.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience creating, managing and optimizing campaigns on Facebook & other Social Media platforms.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook and other social media best practices.
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
