Responsibility

Monitor production process

To verify if set parameters in regards to finished good quality (time, temperature, pressure, weight, texture, etc.) in production processes are being fulfilled by conducting floor visits and on-site verification.

Manage Labor

To allocate labor according to the daily production plan by matching current labor strength to production requirements.

Maintain hygiene and safe product standards

Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are achieved on the floor by monitoring via routine walks and correcting any deviations from established standards.

Make product reconciliation reports

To compile reconciliation reports on material utilization and wastage by analyzing daily production activities and calculating material balance.

Monitor Inventory Levels

To check the availability of materials to ensure it fulfill daily production plans by analyzing inventory levels.

Coach and counsel labor on performance standards

To provide labor with both information and motivation to adopt high-performance standards by conducting demonstrations, GMP/GHP training and talks.
