We are seeking an innovative and motivated Urdu Teacher / Curriculum Developer to play a key role in shaping the core learning experience for our students. As part of ourteam, you will develop a comprehensive curriculum, teach online classes, and contributeto expanding our reach and impact. Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Create a well-structured and engaging curriculum forvarious proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced learners.
Teaching: Conduct remote Urdu language classes, providing high-qualityinstruction and fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment
Assessment and Feedback: Develop assessments and provide constructivefeedback to students to track their progress and enhance their learningexperience
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to continuously improve and adapt thecurriculum based on feedback, new language learning techniques, and emergingtrends.
Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance the studentexperience and discover new ways to teach and promote the Urdu language.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in teaching Urdu, preferably to non-native speakers, with astrong emphasis on modern.
Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Passionate about language education and cultural exchange.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Able to use web-conferencing software, such as Zoom, and learn new computer-based tools as needed.
