Job Responsibilities:
Monitor live CCTV video feeds.
Ensure proper recording, storage, and archiving of footage.
- Document and report suspicious activities or incidents.
- Conduct regular functionality checks on CCTV equipment.
- Adhere to privacy laws regarding surveillance footage.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for CCTV systems and report major issues.
- Analyze recorded videos, especially after incidents.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Intermediate or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in surveillance monitoring or security operations.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document incidents accurately.
- Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems and troubleshooting procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members.
