We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team at Diligent Shipping Services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and increase market share. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, fostering strong relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our shipping services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market dynamics.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Provide timely reports and analysis on sales and marketing performance.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of the shipping or logistics industry is a plus.
