• You will be a Specialist in Display & Paid Social Advertising, familiar with building, launching and optimizing campaigns. Expertise in all display and social media paid advertising platforms: Amazon Seller,Amazon DSP, Google Display, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, Tik-Tok and Snapchat.
  • Expertise in installing Data tracking across platforms including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics,Mobile Measuring Platforms(Adjust,Kochava), Pixels,CAPI, Data Layer.
  • Lead a data-driven marketing strategy, review consumer data to get customer insight to drive segmentation, targeted messaging, and overall growth, at a profitable scale.
  • Controls budgets in both the planning and execution process of a campaign; solves problems in the execution of campaigns and maximize the ROI.
  • Manage digital marketing budget, ensuring spend is dedicated to relevant growth drivers according to business & financial goals.
  • Evaluates online advertisement campaign performance, analyzes the media landscape and delivers new approaches and programs to streamline advertisement channels.
  • Develop monthly action plans to achieve/surpass sales goals.
  • quickly pivoting to address market needs outside of monthly plans
  • Manage the campaign buildout, optimization, audience structure and reporting.
  • A/B Test, continually test and optimize headlines, CTAs, images, videos, landing pages and iterate against it
  • Oversee Customer Segmentation and development of tailored marketing plans to drive new customer acquisition and repeat purchase.
  • Responsible to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
  • Responsible to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Set marketing goals and objectives.
  • Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
  • Determine KPIs for the marketing department
  • Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and practices.
  • Generate actionable weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of campaign activities.
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

  • 2+ years in Digital Marketing Optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; BCS,BIT,MCS,Bachelor of Marketing.
  • Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS.
  • English Fluency mandatory.

Job-Specific Skills.

  • Amazon,Facebook Blueprint,Google certifications.
  • App installs campaigns, attribution and re-attribution
  • Strong Analytical Tools experience  including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,MMP's Adjust,Kochava)
  • Can leverage a marketing automation solution for advance segmentation & audiences
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
