- Assist customers with inquiries related to Spectrum, AT&T, Frontier and Direct TV services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize your experience to handle complex customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Ability to work night shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
