Upwork Bidder

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our expanding team. If you excel at understanding client needs and crafting persuasive proposals, this role is for you. As an Upwork Bidder, you will be instrumental in securing new projects and contributing to the business’s growth through the Upwork platform.

Key Responsibilities

Identify relevant projects and potential clients on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Generate new business by bidding on projects and submitting tailored proposals.
Write and submit high-quality, customized proposals that meet client specifications.
Communicate with potential clients to clarify project requirements and secure contracts.
Negotiate project terms and pricing to close deals successfully.
Build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal team to ensure that proposals align with client needs.
Follow up on submitted bids to maximize conversion rates
Maintain detailed records of bids, client interactions, and outcomes for future reference
Meet monthly sales targets and actively contribute to business growth.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance bidding strategies

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
Strong knowledge of the bidding process and proposal writing.
Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to gather project requirements effectively.
Ability to craft persuasive, client-specific proposals.
Familiarity with web design, development, or related digital services is a plus.
Self-motivated with strong time management and the ability to work independently.
Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing (preferred).
