Responsibilities:

As a Senior Front Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Make calls and promote the company's services
  • Deal with customers in a friendly and attentive manner
  • Ensure monthly sales targets
  • Ensure timely follow-up
  • Effective selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to comprehend and effectively address clients' specific needs with tailored design solutions.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, promptly following up with potential clients in a professional manner.
  • Convert Bark-generated leads into sales by effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our design services.
  • Proven experience in front-end sales, utilizing platforms like Bark.com, discord, etc.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and work closely with the team to maximize customer value.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Sales, preferably within the web, design, and development sector.
  • A verifiable and impressive history of achievements in the design and development industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle both front sales and upselling strategies effectively.
  • Proficient negotiation and closing skills, leveraging a consultative selling approach.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written.
  • Ability to work on the night shift.
  • Time Management.
  • Ability to lead the team.
