We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented Call Center Sales Agents to join our team for outbound campaigns focused on personal and business loans. As a Sales Agent, you will engage potential clients, pitch loan services, and convert leads into customers through persuasive communication and excellent sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database.
- Introduce and explain loan services, highlighting benefits and options.
- Persuade clients to proceed with applications by addressing their queries and concerns.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and customer details in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center roles (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Results-driven with a positive and resilient attitude.
- Basic understanding of loan products (training will be provided).
