- Lead and manage the spare parts sales team with a focus on tires, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the tire segment to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth in the tire market, including new markets, customer segments, and product lines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the tire industry, serving as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries and negotiations
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the tire industry to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of tire sales initiatives
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics related to the tire segment to senior management
