Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, dispatching taxis efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries, reservations, and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and transactions.
- Collaborate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
