We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Agent with 6-12 months of experience in customer service or sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Promote and upsell company products/services to meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve call processes and performance.
Requirements:
- 6-12 months of call center or relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Compensation:
- Base Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses.
