We are seeking a Website Partnerships Coordinator to engage with website owners, build relationships, negotiate pricing, and onboard new publishers onto our platform.

This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for building connections—no specialized technical skills are required. Prior experience in business development, digital marketing, or partnerships is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

As a Website Partnerships Coordinator, your primary duties will include:

1. Publisher Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Identify and reach out to website owners, bloggers, and publishers to introduce them to our marketplace.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with publishers to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Regularly communicate with publishers to keep them engaged and informed about platform updates and opportunities.

2. Negotiation & Onboarding

  • Discuss and negotiate pricing with publishers to ensure fair and competitive rates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring publishers have all the necessary information to join and benefit from our platform.
  • Provide guidance and answer any queries publishers may have about our marketplace.

3. Market Research & Expansion

  • Research and identify high-quality websites across various industries that could be a good fit for our marketplace.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor platforms to enhance our publisher network.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for growing the number of publishers on our platform.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and document publisher engagement, onboarding progress, and overall marketplace growth.
  • Report key insights and feedback from publishers to help improve our platform and processes.
  • Work with the team to refine outreach and partnership strategies based on performance data.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the advertiser sales team to ensure publishers align with advertiser needs.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Share publisher insights with the tech team to enhance platform functionality and user experience.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is highly communicative, proactive, and eager to build partnerships. You don’t need specialized technical skills, but strong interpersonal and organizational abilities are a must.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—ability to connect with people and build rapport.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure mutually beneficial deals.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and relationships simultaneously.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and other communication tools for outreach.
