We are looking for an SEO Outreach & Link Building Manager to build relationships with website owners, execute outreach campaigns, negotiate link placements, and manage link-building strategies.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a keen understanding of SEO outreach and link-building best practices. Prior experience in SEO, digital PR, or outreach marketing is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

As an SEO Outreach & Link Building Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Identify and connect with website owners, bloggers, and publishers for link-building opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers to secure high-quality backlinks.
  • Develop personalized outreach campaigns to engage with website owners and negotiate link placements.

2. Negotiation & Link Acquisition

  • Communicate the value of our platform to potential link partners and secure guest posting or backlink placements.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with publishers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality link-building deals.
  • Ensure smooth execution of link placements, guest posts, and collaborations.

3. Link-Building Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement link-building strategies that align with SEO best practices.
  • Work with the team to create and execute white-hat link-building campaigns.
  • Ensure acquired backlinks are relevant and high-quality, and contribute positively to SEO goals.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track outreach performance, link placements, and campaign success.
  • Maintain a database of acquired backlinks and relationships with publishers.
  • Report insights and results to management, optimizing strategies based on data.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the SEO and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with broader SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate with the advertiser sales team to ensure a balance between publisher supply and advertiser demand.
  • Provide feedback to the tech team on platform improvements based on outreach experiences.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for SEO, digital marketing, and link building. You don’t need advanced technical skills, but you must be a strong communicator, proactive, and eager to build relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to persuade website owners and secure backlinks.
  • Understanding of SEO, link building, and guest posting best practices (basic to intermediate knowledge).
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify quality backlink opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and maintain relationships simultaneously.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Experience in SEO outreach, link building, PR, or digital marketing is a bonus but not required.
  • Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and outreach tools to connect with website owners.
