You will play a crucial role in managing both recruitment and operational activities within the agency. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and selecting qualified candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Your role will involve liaising with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing end-to-end support to ensure efficient placement and onboarding of candidates.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment:

  1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

    • Identify and attract qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  2. Interview & Selection:

    • Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews, both remotely and in-person, to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
    • Coordinate technical assessments or trade tests as necessary and gather feedback.
  3. Client Coordination:

    • Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process, understanding their needs and ensuring timely updates.
    • Provide recommendations on candidates, negotiate offers, and assist with onboarding as required.

Operations:

  1. Process Management:

    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring each step is followed accurately and efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring practices.
  2. Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of all candidates and clients, including documentation, interview feedback, and job offer details.
    • Prepare reports and analyses on recruitment metrics, success rates, and client satisfaction for management review.
  3. Coordination with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with other team members to streamline recruitment processes and improve agency operations.
    • Coordinate with marketing to ensure effective promotion of job openings and brand visibility.
  4. Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
    • Regularly meet with clients to assess satisfaction, discuss future hiring needs, and offer consultative recruitment solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:3+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple clients, positions, and candidates simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and hiring regulations.
