We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Decasoft. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital services sales and marketing, with a passion for driving business growth and customer acquisition. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our range of digital services, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients for our digital services.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and build brand awareness.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and sell the company’s digital services (web development, SEO, social media marketing, etc.).
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Required).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in digital services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client acquisition and retention.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
