- Continuously prospect new customers to meet and exceed assigned sales goals via telemarketing, on-site meetings with clients and emails as necessary.
- Identify the needs of the potential customer and provide detailed information to the customer about the technical specifications of the software products offered by the company.
- Takes orders over the phone and in person.
- Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate configurations
- .Provide technical support after the software package is purchased.
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Travel to areas where needs are projected.
- Stay abreast of market trends and latest ideas.
- Demonstrate product features before a sale.
- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems, and peripherals
- .Retain old clients and ensure long-term company relationships with them.
- Keeping comprehensive records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for the management.
