Job Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the Packing department.
- Must be able to read packing instructions.
- Quality control experience is must.
- Ability to communicate effectively (listening, presenting and questioning).
- Superb computer skills, including database management.
- Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.
- A positive attitude is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
- Help agents improve their performance with specific instructions and constant support
- Create and publish regular reports with management (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Identify gaps and conduct feedback and refresher sessions with employees to improve quality of production.
- Any other duty assigned by senior.
