Job Requirements:

Graduate or equivalent.
Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the Packing department.
Must be able to read packing instructions.
Quality control experience is must.
Ability to communicate effectively (listening, presenting and questioning).
Superb computer skills, including database management.
Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.
A positive attitude is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
Help agents improve their performance with specific instructions and constant support
Create and publish regular reports with management (daily, weekly, monthly)
Identify gaps and conduct feedback and refresher sessions with employees to improve quality of production.
Any other duty assigned by senior.
