Develop Housekeeping procedures and ensure implementation.
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Plan and oversee all Housekeeping activities.
Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors, etc.).
Monitor Janitorial inventory and place orders when necessary.
Monitor expenses and control the budget.
Keep maintenance Checklists, logs, and reports on daily activities.
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
Look after all matters of the Guest House.
