Revit Modeler

We are seeking a skilled Revit Modeler to join our team, responsible for creating and managing building information models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into accurate, detailed 3D models for construction, coordination, and documentation purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop 3D models: Create and update architectural, structural, and MEP models in Revit, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
Prepare detailed drawings: Generate plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and other construction documents from Revit models.
Implement BIM standards: Ensure the use of industry best practices and company-specific BIM protocols.
Conduct clash detection: Identify and resolve conflicts using tools such as Navisworks or Revit's built-in functionality.
Maintain model integrity: Regularly update models to reflect design changes, versioning, and project developments.
Data extraction and reporting: Extract quantities and relevant data from Revit models for project analysis and reporting.
File management and collaboration: Manage shared model files using platforms like Autodesk BIM 360 or other Common Data Environments (CDE).
Training and support: Provide Revit technical support to team members as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit in architectural, structural, or MEP modeling.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Revit (Architecture, Structure, and/or MEP).
Knowledge of clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks).
Understanding of BIM processes and standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design software is a plus.
Ability to extract schedules and quantities from models.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Revit certification from Autodesk.
Experience working in collaborative BIM environments (BIM 360, Revizto, or similar).
Knowledge of construction workflows and processes.
