Customer Support Executive

Cyber System is a leading US-based healthcare IT company that provides practice management solutions to doctors in the US. The company is now expanding its operations in Lahore and looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive in Lahore. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for

Providing online support, customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Answering inbound video calls with greetings.
Scheduling patient’s appointments.
Eligibility Verification.
Appointment Reminders.
Pre-Authorization & Follow ups.
Maintaining customer relationships

Qualifications

Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
Computer Literacy (MS OFFICE)
Online Support Skills
Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Patience, Empathy, and Listening Skills
Ability to Multitask and W

Salary & Benefits: 50,000/- to 60,000/- (depending upon your interview)

Working Timings: 06:00pm to 03:00am (Monday to Saturday)
