You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and position Cyber System as a leader in medical billing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to target new business opportunities and expand Cyber System’s client base in the medical billing industry.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and key decision-makers.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. Develop customized proposals and presentations to address client needs and demonstrate the value of Cyber System’s solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats. Utilize market insights to inform strategy and drive innovation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction to drive retention and growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the medical billing or healthcare industry. Minimum of [3] years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical billing processes, healthcare regulations, and revenue cycle management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively manage relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
