Cyber System is looking for a resilient, Focused and Result Oriented Business Development Executive having extensive experience and knowledge of Health care Industry. Business development executive is responsible for finding new clients and business ventures to contribute to the growth of our company. Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers to achieve revenue goals
  • Identifying & Contacting Prospective Customer. Maintain consistent contact with existing client
  • Maintaining a very high rating on all platforms of Cyber Systems
  • Responsible for building new client relationships and delivering exceptional client services on a day-to-day basis
  • Handling Inbound Calls, collecting and updating call information through a computerized system
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Prepare proposals according to client requirement
  • Promote the company’s products/services , addressing or predicting clients’ need
  • Keep up to date with information of all ongoing projects and campaigns
  • Accurately describe features and benefits of the campaigns such as Medical Billing Services, Front End Patient Calling, Account Receivable
  • Understanding customer needs & objectives, ensure the timely and successful delivery of information, solutions and support.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly objectives to internal stakeholders; identify areas of concern and assist in generating solutions

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Majors Sales/Marketing)

Experience:

  • 02 to 05 Years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales Closing preferably for Health care industry.
  • Experience of off-shore business development, particularly in USA

Skills:

  •   Strong internet, Microsoft word, excel and outlook skills
  •   Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences, Customer Development ,Revenue growth and Sales closing
  •   Exceptional oral and written communication skills, preferably with US or UK Accent
  •   Exceptional negotiation skill & convincing power
  •   Target Driven, proactive attitude and must be focused on the results
