We are seeking a skilled and passionate SEO Expert / WordPress Expert to optimize our website for search engines and manage our WordPress site. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO. Additionally, they should be proficient in managing and customizing WordPress sites to enhance user experience and site performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Conduct on-page optimization including meta tags, headers, URL structure, and content optimization.
- Execute off-page SEO strategies such as link building, outreach, and content marketing.
- Ensure the website is technically optimized for search engines (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, etc
- Manage and update WordPress website, including theme and plugin installation, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Create and edit website content to align with SEO best practices and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Expert and WordPress Expert.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Extensive experience with WordPress, including theme and plugin customization.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO and website performance.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to stay current with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.
