Requirements:
- Minimum three to five years of experience in the corporate/secretarial department.
- M.com Qualified OR ACIS Qualified.
- Well versed with corporate and other laws.
Job Descriptions
- Filing of forms/documents with SECP.
- Drafting of Trust Deeds/Rules.
- Registration under various laws.
- Meeting with and advising senior executives throughout the consultation process.
- Compiling and presenting research findings and recommendations.
