We are looking for a highly skilled Email Executive to lead our outreach efforts and manage large-scale email campaigns. This role involves creating and executing cold email campaigns, handling data extraction, managing email authentication protocols, and supporting the team in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cold email outreach campaigns targeting key personas in various industries.
  • Utilize tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms for data extraction and lead generation.
  • Set up and manage DNS records, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, to ensure email deliverability.
  • Handle the setup and management of hundreds of email accounts to run large-scale outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct research to identify decision-makers and extract contact details from target industries.
  • Write personalized, engaging email sequences to maximize response rates and conversions.
  • Continuously A/B test email templates and outreach strategies for performance optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze outreach performance, providing insights for strategic decision-making and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, and managing email authentication protocols (SPF, DMARC, DKIM).
  • Ability to set up and manage DNS records for optimal email deliverability.
  • Experience handling hundreds of email accounts for large-scale campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
  • Strong research skills for data extraction and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for crafting personalized outreach emails.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and assist the team in decision-making processes.
  • Experience in lead generation within the construction industry or similar sectors is a plus but not required.
