To look after Electrical Weaving, Electrical Weaving Prep, Electrical Dyeing and Finishing. To ensure system functionality & data accuracy.
Deploying & Maintaining the Maintenance Machines electrically
To Ensure System Functionality by Testing, Monitor & Report Daily summary to quickly address problems or adjust automated processes.
Troubleshoot, Analyse, Repair, Report On & Recommend/ Perform service of Electrical parts and Instruments timely.
Work on system improvements and energy conservation projects
Maintaining the spare Stock List according to need.
Daily Downtime Report of Maintenance Department.
Daily update of Maintenance Electrical Cost.
Implementation of Company’s HSE Policies, Standards & Procedures.
Applying critical thinking to stoppages and fabric waste involves analysing the causes, impacts, and potential solutions systematically.
Arrange training and guidance for all employees.
Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow in electrical operations.
Assist in planning and executing electrical projects, including installations and upgrades.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with specifications.
