Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Django, GraphQL, and SOAP to support our web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement new features and functionality, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of the backend systems.
Optimize existing codebase to improve application performance and scalability.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix issues promptly.
Ensure code quality and maintain coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy applications and manage infrastructure.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in backend development, GraphQL, and SOAP.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven work experience as a Backend Developer using Django.
Strong understanding of GraphQL and experience in building GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with SOAP web services and integration.
Proficiency in Python programming language and Django framework.
Experience with database systems, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Sound knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
Understanding of agile development methodologies.
