We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to schedule online meetings with potential clients in international markets, particularly in the USA and UK, to present our ERP system and its capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets, particularly the USA.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media platforms to introduce our ERP software.
- Schedule and confirm virtual meetings between potential clients and our sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and appointments in CRM tools.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a seamless meeting setup and address any initial queries.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for scheduled appointments.
Job Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to engage international clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms like LinkedIn.
Technical Aptitude:
- Basic understanding of ERP systems or SaaS-based solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
