We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Automation Tester to join our team as we launch a disruptive low-code software development platform, empowering millions to create custom applications to solve problems and streamline processes, without the knowledge of code.

This role is fast-paced and requires someone with strong levels of initiative and a creative mindset. You will be working with ground-breaking technology to implement visual elements for users designing their applications and facilitate smooth back-end logic creation for users building processes in their applications. With autonomy, training, and creative input, you will have the chance to advance and grow your career.

The stack: JavaScript on the front end and NodeJS and PostgreSQL on the back end

Required skills:

▪ You need to be proficient with at least one of the following:

i. JavaScript

ii. Angular

iii. Vue

iv. React

v. Node JS

▪ Hands on Command with Scripting Languages, preferably JavaScript

▪ Must have 3+ years of exclusive experience in Frontend/UI Testing

▪ Knowledge of Test Automation and Web testing.

▪ Hands on JavaScript and Knowledge of jQuery, JSON

▪ Experience using modern scripting frameworks like Playwright or Cypress

▪ Understanding of Web, Database API Automation libraries.

▪ Good understanding of QA methodologies - Unit, Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression, Performance testing etc.

▪ You have worked 3+ years in a test automation role for a complex software product, ideally a software as a service enterprise application.

▪ Execute automated tests as part of smoke, functional and regression test cycles.

▪ Knowledge in cross platform compatibility, Debugging and unit test skill

Key aspects of the role:

▪ Understanding current software products and design automation framework

▪ Design, develop and execute test strategy, planning, automation test data, and product approach.

▪ Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases for Web and API applications across different platforms.

▪ Work closely with the development team to debug any issue

▪ Identifying quality, security, performance, and UI/UX issues

▪ High level of attention to detail, creative problem solving, and capacity to work on a team.

▪ Collaborate with the development teams to develop automated checks.

▪ Interact and coordinate with cross-functional teams including, Developers, and other Testers. Conduct peer-reviews of automated tests contributed by other QA members.

▪ Passion for research, problem-solving, and high-quality deliverables.

▪ Ability to work effectively, independently, and take complete ownership of their work.
