PKR. 150,000 - 400,000/Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor even in challenging situations.
- Document and update customer interactions in our system.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer service processes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (Morning)
- 6:00 pm - 3:00 am (Night)
