Deputy Manager Sampling

Cotton Web Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager Sampling to lead our sampling operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in textiles or apparel manufacturing and a minimum of four years of experience in sampling processes, particularly with GGT. The Deputy Manager Sampling plays a crucial role in overseeing the quality and timely delivery of samples, ensuring that all operations align with company standards. In this position, you will manage a team of 20 professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence. Your strong project management and communication skills will be instrumental in coordinating efforts across various departments, driving improvements, and ensuring that targets are consistently met.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily sampling operations to ensure high-quality output and adherence to timelines.
Implement strategies to minimize sample rejections and enhance the efficiency of workflow processes.
Lead and manage a team of 20 sampling professionals, guiding their efforts to meet daily performance targets.
Develop and roll out training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control, to align sampling processes with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze sampling metrics, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with quality control standards and industry regulations throughout the sampling process.
Facilitate effective communication within the team to encourage feedback and address challenges promptly.
Manage inventory of sampling materials, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
Prepare regular reports on sampling operations for upper management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
