We are seeking an organized and results-driven Online Store Manager to manage and optimize our Amazon, eBay, and Etsy stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, customer service, inventory management, and optimizing sales performance. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and knowledge of online retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Optimize listings for SEO and better visibility
Monitor sales and performance data
Handle inventory, order fulfillment, and returns
Coordinate promotional campaigns and product updates

Skills Required:

Proven experience with Amazon, eBay, and Etsy platforms
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations
SEO and digital marketing skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Detail-oriented and proactive
